Contact them to make them feel at home, questions answered, thoughts and
criticisms solicited, criticisms made, do they have access to all the
work/responsibility they want? do they know about the work board and easy
work box?
Are we getting all the free publicity that's available? Are you
going to a library or eating place where you can take leaflets? Do you
carry bookmarks with you when you go to the laundromat? Can you think of
any new directions that should be explored regarding publicity? Do you
encourage friends to get involved?

Anyone overworked or is work not getting done?

Some issues to walk through your mind...
Do you know what to say when people express an interest in GW? Do you
encourage people to get involved? Do other people know what to say. Is
everyone who might be interested in what we're doing aware of what we're
about? Is GW a good place for you? Do you have any unmade criticisms,
reservations, etc. about what goes on?
